The police department billed the summary as covering a two week period when in fact it was more like 24 days, October 25 up to and including November 17. Now that doesn't take away from what may seem like an attempt to let the public know that a significant portion of their service calls is spent on responding to those in some sort of mental health crisis.

If I counted correctly there were 18 separate calls. Too many were potential suicides, and some were incidents that seem to stretch the definition of someone in a mental health crisis. The police were able to defuse the situations upon arriving at the scene, but many incidents could have resulted in additional and  substantial harm to both the responding police officers and those in crisis.
