It is difficult to grasp that in a country founded with protection of privacy in mind a state government finds it necessary to pass laws guaranteeing privacy. it is an ongoing struggle.

But, why would any university find it necessary to spy on its students? And, why would any business feel it necessary to demand social media and email passwords from employees?
