A female officer got plastic surgery and lost 85 pounds.  She looked so much better that officers started asking her out, driving past her house and accessing her drivers license number.  She had 140 instances of officers getting her drivers license information. 

She worked for two different agencies and sued them because of the behavior of these officers.  The got over a million dollars in settlements from those cities.  A million dollars would pay for twenty officers for a year.  That is money wasted from police department budgets because these officers could not control themselves.

Police officers need to have high moral standards and that includes treating a woman like a lady, even if she is not much of a lady.  Just because a woman is attractive or works for the agency does not mean it is okay to keep trying to go out with her after she says no.  Rather than pay this woman a million dollars they should have disciplined 140 officers and maybe even fired a few.  This incident was a failure by the officers and a failure by supervision too; that's what the SGT Says.
